It applies to all personal data collected and/or used by SonoClear AS, its affiliates, and subsidiaries (“SonoClear AS”). This data is collected through interactions with clients, subcontractors, job applicants, and manually by employees. 

PRIVACY POLICY - THE BASICS 

This Privacy Policy does not cover personal data collected and processed at clinical test sites, as such data requires separate privacy statements within the clinical project.

  • You visit our physical or virtual booth at major European medical device events.

  • Communicating with clients and subcontractors regarding quotes.

  • Email clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities for business-related matters.

  • Communicate with job candidates.

Sonoclear SA will only share personal data outside our organization after obtaining specific agreement from the relevant individual.

SonoClear AS occasionally sends newsletters and business-related invitations. You have the right to opt-out of marketing communications at any time. If you no longer wish to receive marketing materials, please contact us via the contact form.
